  • Marine conservation fee : (RM5/adult; RM2/child or senior citizen, disabled person free for Malaysian only) (RM30/adult; RM15/child or senior citizen, disable person free for Non-Malaysian) **Should there be any increase/changes in marine conservation, the difference must be paid before check-in.
  • Tourism Tax RM 10 per room per night for Non-Malaysian only

From Summer Bay Lang Tengah Island Resort to Jetty Summer Bay (Mangkuk) 10:00am (9:30am Standby)

• Other boat time may chartered our speed boat. (based on availability) The boat chartered at RM 650.00 for small boat (12 paxs) or RM 900.00 for big boat (24 paxs)

• Additional chartered land service is required upon chartered  boat add on price varies upon location inquired

• Boat transfer is subject to weather condition of which the management is not liable for losses incurred due to failure to connect with other services.

Check-in & Check-out

  • Room check-in time 2:30pm; Room check-out time 9:00am

Terms & Conditions

  1.  All activities are subjected to weather condition and others unforeseen circumstances. the management reserves the right to modify, substitute, or cancel any activity without prior notice
  2. A full security deposit is required upon confirmation and all security deposit will be converted to Cancellation Charges should there be any cancellation. A full security deposit is required prior to arrival.
  3. The management excludes liability for losses incurred due to failure to connect with other services and shall not be held liable for loss or damage of baggage or personal belonging, illness, injury, or death resulting from activities that are beyond the management’s control.
  4. The Management reserves the right to alter, amend, delete, or add to the conditions or withdraw the package at any time without prior notice.
  5. There will be NO refund or deduction of rates on any services provided in the package which is not utilised.
  6. Reservation is subject to room availability and confirmation will be on a first come first serve basis.
  7. All payments are non-refundable in part or in full.
  8. Any amendment or cancellation after full payment will not be entertained.
  9. Please do not bring oversize luggage.
    – Luggage weight limit: 20kg per person (maximum 2 luggage).
    – Excess baggage charges, 15kg overweight per person:
    Over 1-5kg : RM10 ; Over 6-10kg : RM20 ; Over 10kg : RM50
  10. Bringing explosives, flammable substances, and alcoholic beverages on the boat is strictly prohibited.
  11. All optional activities are not able to pre-book, guest need to check slot availability upon check in with relevant department.
  12. Land transportation arrangement must be filled in the system or contact reservation team at least 5 days before check-in
