Redang Beach Resort 3D2N Snorkelling Full Board(2026) - 3 Days

• Kindly take note that there is no ferry or boat in & out for afternoon session, please be remind that purchase your air ticket or bus ticket accordingly.
• Boat schedule subject to change depend on the weather condition. Please reconfirm again your schedule with our sales officer before your depart date.

CHILD POLICY:

• Children aged between four (4) and eleven (11) years (based on year of birth) will be charged sixty percent (60%) of the adult fare. each room must have a minimum of two (2) adults paying full fare before the child fare applies, except for Deluxe Family/ Family Pool View Rooms, which require four (4) adults two (2) child’s paying full fare.
• Children rate apply from age 4 to 11 years old (based on born of year : 2015-2022)
• Return ferry ticket RM 30 will be imposed for children below 4 years old (based on born of year: 2023-2026)

CHECK-IN AND CHECK-OUT TIME : Check-in time : 1:00pm | Check-out time : 9:30am
Check in and out before and after the stipulated times are strictly on request basis and subject to availability and unless contractually agreed, a surcharge rate may be imposed.

PROCESSING FEES OF CANCELLATION

• Prices are subject to change without prior notice.
• All reservation must be guaranteed with a non refundable and non transferable booking fee of RM100 per person within one (1) week after confirmation. full payment must be made at least twenty-one (21) days prior to arrival
• Non refundable/ transferable after booking is done and confirmation received
• Full payment must be settled by 3 week before departure date
• All full payment are non-refundable in part or full
• All payments will be forfeited if there is any cancellation , no show or amendment of the booking
• Strictly non-refundable or non-transferable for any un-used portion of package
• The resort reserve the right to alter, amend delete or add to the conditions or withdraw the package at any time without prior notice
• All reservations must be guaranteed or reduction with a NON-REFUNDABLE/NON- TRANSFERABLE booking fee after confirmation received
• The company requires full payment for each booking to be made to KL Sales Office (KLSO) at least (21) days prior to arrival
• Snorkelling equipment : snorkelling equipment is prohibited provide by any travel agency unless it’s rent from redang beach resort
• In case of cancellation or reduction in the number of reserved rooms, a written notice must be received and acknowledged by KL Sales Office (KLSO).
• In the event that written notice is not received within the time limit, the deposit or pre-payment will be forfeited automatically.

PROCESSING FEES OF POSTPONE CASE

• In case of postpone, a written notice for example provide the death certificate in case there is family member/traveler pass away/doctor letter for any family member/traveler illness or under surgery must be received and acknowledged by KL Sales Office (KLSO)
• In the event that written notice or support document is not received within the time limit, the 100% of payment will be forfeited automatically.
• Postpone case RM 100 per case will be imposed provided by the support document.
• The new travel date must be in the same year before Island closing.

Remarks:

• RBRSB / RAASB (the operator) reserves the right to cancel a tour due to operational conditions.
• The operator accepts no liability for losses incurred due to failure to connect with other services and cannot be held liable for loss of baggage or personal items, illness, injury or death resulting from activities in which the participant took willingly.
• The resort staff will handle general luggage only. Guests are fully responsible for any non-halal items, including alcohol, and the resort shall not be liable for their handling, damage, or loss.
• For weather, sea or transport disruptions and other events beyond the resort’s control, all payments remain strictly NON-REFUNDABLE, any postponement offered will follow the resort’s force majeure and postponement policies
