Kapas Coral Beach Resort 2D1N Holiday Package - 2 Days

*For day trip customers are encouraged to board at 9.00am
*For overnight stay are encouraged to board at 11am and above

Reminder:

1. Check in at 3pm and check out at 11am. Failure to check out by 11am will result in an additional charge RM30/hour while after 3pm will attracts full day charges.
2. Guest need to provide RM50/room cash for room deposit. It will be refund upon check out. For rental activities, guest also need to provide cash deposit and it’s refundable.
3. For each rental item , guest needs to prepare cash deposit (refundable) after guest send the rental item safety , missing item will be charged RM100 per item.
4. Please remind guests that there are no water kettle inside the room due to the tap water in the room cannot be used for drinking and cooking because it’s not fully filtered. Only for external use such as batching. If guest want to get hot plain water for drink, please ask the receptionist in advance. We will provide a flask/thermos with deposit Rm30/flask (refundable).
5. Television is not provided inside the room due to the low line coverage. We don’t provide water heater and hair dryer inside the bathroom due to electric shortage.
6. For irons and ironing boards are available on the ground floor of superior B.
7. We also do not have Wi-Fi at our resort. Most line are acceptable here except for u-Mobile. In addition, coverage at room is usually poor. If guests need to use internet, coverage at the café is okay.
8. At 7am & 7pm, the electricity supply will be temporarily cut off for approximately 15-20 minutes. It’s for maintenance to change the solar system and generator.
9. Only a person registered at the reception may use the accommodation facilities at the resort. Visitors are not allowed in rooms. Please use the lobby or the restaurant for socializing and meetings
10. Strictly cooking will be for special arrangement only. Cooking, burning inside the room without permission is not allowed. A penalty will be charged if caught.
11. Do bring extra cash as there are no ATM machines available , transactions valid are only CASH , MAE QR CODE and ONLINE TRANSFER only.

Term & Conditions :

1. All prices EXCLUDE SST 8% and SERVICE CHARGE 6%
2. Starting in 2026, room and package reservations will be subject to 6% service charge and SST 8% . Where the 6% service charge and SST 8% are not included in the price mentioned above.
3. Due to adverse weather conditions on unforeseen operational conditions, Kapas Coral Beach Resort reserve the right to alter or cancel any itinerary or tours without compensation.
4. Do take note that every room, max person per room are 3 adults only except suite family max for 4 person. Addition 1 child can be considered (Please add-on additional mattress). If more than that, please add another room. I.e. 3 adults and 2 kid are staying, make it 2 rooms for 2 adults and 1 adult with 2 kids.
5. Upon confirmation of booking 50% of the package must be paid as a deposit. Full payment must be paid not less than 14 days before the arrival date.
6. There shall be no refund of any deposit or reduction will be allowed in respect of accommodation, meals or any service not utilized for any reason.
7. No Exchange of services if the required service is unavailable .
8. The resort is not responsible for any accidents or crime that happens during guests stay especially because of self neglect
9. The company reserves the right to alter or modify without prior notice the itinerary, or accommodation due to circumstances over which the company has no control.
10. All tour members taking part in any activities organized by the resort shall do so at their own risk. The company shall not be responsible for any losses or damages sustained by anyone. All tour members are advised to ensure themselves against personal injuries or loss of personal belonging.
11. The company reserves the right to remove any tour member whose conduct or behavior is unacceptable or unreasonable in the opinion of the company.
12. The company reserves the right to execute any tours if full payment is not received.
