Paya Beach Spa & Dive Resort is centrally located at the central western shores of Tioman Island, Malaysia. Our beach front rooms are ideally located just a few steps away from the beach. We are pleased to offer good food, clean rooms and friendly services at affordable rates. We have an array of Tioman Island packages ranging from all-inclusive packages to honeymoon getaways to spa treatments and dive packages. To further enhance your stay with us, we offer a wide range of facilities such as a licensed spa, swimming pools, beach bar, grill, multipurpose room, a PADI Dive Centre and an activity desk where guided eco-tours & activities are organized.

MARINE PARK CONSERVANCY FEES PAYABLE IN:-

Check in/ check out time

Check in: 2.00 pm (early check in is possible if rooms are available)
Check out: 11.00 am or earlier if departure boat is earlier
Any request for check out time extension will be subject to room availability and management discretion
Any extension up to 2.00 pm will be subject to surcharge of 50% on published rate. Full rate will be charged after 2.00 pm

Two way ferry ticket from Mersing / Teluk Gading to Tioman at RM120/Adult, RM110/Child (rate subjected to change without prior notice)

The management reserved the right to alter the itinerary or cancel a tour due to unforeseen operational condition.
The resort is not liable for any cancellation of the ferry due to weather conditions.
Surcharge might apply in case of late check out
The booking is confirmed once we receive your payment.
Any cancellation/no-show, after the prepayment/full payment is made will not be entertained/refunded.
No amendment or cancellation after payment is received.
Full payment must be made strictly before arrival / Check-in.
STRICTLY non-refundable or non-transferable for any unused portion of the package.
The management excludes liability for losses incurred due to failure to connect with other services and shall not be held liable for loss of baggage or personal belonging, illness, injury or death resulting from activities which are beyond the management control.
The resort reserves the right to exchange the snorkeling trip for other recreational activities with the same value.
All guest are required buy the ferry ticket directly with ferry operators or ferry agent before arrival , ferry schedule is varying and subject to weather condition.
Ferry schedule will be updated every 3rd week of the month by ferry operator.
Booking is subject to availability of rooms and confirmation will be on first come first serve basis.
The management reserves the right to revise the above facilities and rates without any prior notice.
On weather or unforeseen operational conditions, the resort reverses the right to alter or postpone any itineraries of tour without compensation.
Refundable deposit of MYR 200 per room (subject to no damage or miscellaneous charges) need to be paid either by cash/card upon check-in.

*Please note that All Foreigners and non – My PR are required to pay a compulsory Tourism Tax of MYR10.00 per room per night upon check-in.
