Check in: 2.00 pm (early check in is possible if rooms are available)
Check out: 11.00 am or earlier if departure boat is earlier
Any request for check out time extension will be subject to room availability and management discretion
Any extension up to 2.00 pm will be subject to surcharge of 50% on published rate. Full rate will be charged after 2.00 pm

Full payment must be made strictly before arrival / Check-in.
No amendment or cancellation after payment is received.
Sailing schedules may be interrupted and/or crossing times extended or changed without notice to you due to adverse weather conditions, tidal conditions, or unforeseen operational or technical reasons beyond our control.
The responsibility for the schedule and/or the viability of each ferry sailing lies exclusively with the ferry transport company and the Maritime Authority of Malaysia.
If the Ferry Company cancels or reschedules any sailing for any reason whatsoever, it is beyond any reasonable ability on our part as a ticketing agent.

*Please note that All Foreigners and non-MyPR are required to pay a compulsory Tourism Tax of MYR10.00 per room per night upon check-in.
