** The boat transfer is subjected to weather conditions. The hotel is not liable for compensation due to weather changes.
** Please call at our Kuala Besut Office 20 minutes before boat departure.
** Please be informed that boat departure in the afternoon will be 30 minutes late every Friday.
** For operational reasons, the hotel reserves the right to change any land departure schedules between Kota Bharu Airport and Kuala Besut Jetty without prior notice

1.  Remarks
   The Resort accepts no liability for losses incurred due to failure to connect with other services and cannot be held liable for any loss of baggage or personal items, injury or death resulting from activities in which the participants undertake willingly.
   The Resort reserves the right to alter, amend, delete, or modify the terms and conditions at any time without prior notice.
   The rates are subject to acceptance of our terms & conditions of Contract.
   Rate are subject to change without prior notice
   The Hotel reserves the right to adjust contract rates, in the event of tax and service charge amendments by the Government.
   In the event of discrepancies, alterations, modifications, or variations between this confirmation and our official records, our official records shall control. Tampering with this confirmation to alter the room rate or any other reservation information is strictly prohibited.
   All room reservations are subject to availability and confirmation of the hotel.
   The hotel reserves the right to release rooms should no payment is received within the stipulated deadline for each booking
2. Check In / Check Out Time
   Check in time: 1500 hours | Check out time: 1100 hours
   Late check-out from 1100 hours to 1600 hours on the day of departure will be charged at 50% of published rate, subject to room availability.
3. Cancellation Policy
   All confirmed bookings are STRICTLY non-refundable and non-transferable.
   No-show guest will be charged 100% of the total cost.
4. Force Majeure
   We are not liable for any change or cancellation of any reservation that is caused, in whole or in part, by events, occurrences, or causes beyond the control of the Property. Such events, occurrences, or causes include, without limitation, acts of God, terrorist activities, weather, strikes, lockouts, riots, acts of war, fire and explosions.
