3D2N Pulau Besar Package | Emerald Sands Resort + Mersing Island Hopping - 3 Days

* Boat journey take between 35mins to 70mins depending on sea conditions
* Boat charter rate : Mersing jetty to Pulau Besar RM600/boat per way ( Max : 10 paxs)
* The resort reserves the right to reschedule or cancel the boat timing due to sea, weather and tide conditions

• The resort will not be held responsible for any missed/ delayed on arrival due to 3rd party transport connections, whether flights, buses,train or any 3rd party transport, resulting from delays in the boat transfer arising from weather, seas, winds and tide conditions or/ and due to any unexpected mechanical breakdown of the boat.
• (Check-in : 12.00pm at Mersing Office, Check-out : 10.30am at Pulau Besar Jetty) .

TERMS & CONDITIONS:

1. Package must be taken as a whole package. No refund or substitutes are given for any items on the package.
2. No Refund for early departure or incomplete stay.
3. All the above package rates, room rates, transfer rates, boat rates and every & any other activities is subjected to additional SST tax of 6% and Tourism Tax of RM10/ room/ night.
4. All confirmed bookings must be paid in full before the expiry of the payment deadline given. Upon the expiry of the deadline, the booking will be automatically cancel without any further notice.
5. At the time of booking, the guest shall provide the guaranteed number of people. The resort has the right to charge for the additional person.
6. No cooking are allowed in the room.
7. A “Corkage” fee of RM 5/ can or RM 100/ cratewhilst RM 60/ bottle of wine/liquoris applicable.
8. Once booking is confirm , deposit and payment is receive is non refundable.
9. NO REFUND will be made in whole or in part for any unused days or unconsumed food at the Resort resulting from late arrival or premature departure. Confirmed guests who does not show up will be charged in full and no refund will be made for whatever reasons.
10. REVISION of rates is subject to resort discretion and without prior notice.
