✅Sarang by the Brook Check-in Information
– ⭕️Check in time 2.30pm
– ⭕️Check out time 12 noon
– Early check in is not available as our cleaning crew are in full force from 12pm to 2.30pm.
– Late check out will be charged at RM30 per hour, subject to room availability.
– For late check in (after 7.30pm) and early check out (before 9.30am), please do inform our staff upon booking/registration
✅Swimming Pool Policy
– The pool is open 24 hours.
– ⭕️Please wear proper swimming attire or material made from microfiber (jersey like). Cotton t-shirts/pants or denim jeans strictly NOT allowed. We apologize but we may have to disallow you from using the pool if no proper swimming attire are worn.
– Please shower before entering and exiting the pool.
– Depth is 4 feet throughout the pool. Please bring floats for your little ones.
✅Resort Rules & Regulations
– ⭕️Security & Cleanliness deposit of RM200(for group check-in) will be collected upon checking in/registration (CASH ONLY). The deposit will be refunded upon checking out, if there are no damages or missing items from our resort property.
– ⭕️For your comfort, maximum occupancy is as per room designated capacity. Additional cost will be charged at RM50 per person. Due to space restraint, no extra bedding or mattress is allowed or provided.
– Your local breakfast will be provided in labeled boxes under your room number placed in the common kitchen area from 8.15am. Alternatively, do help yourself to toast and drinks available 24hrs at the common area.
– As we operate on a self-service concept basis in our common kitchen, please clean up all appliances and utensils after use and store it back in its original setting.
– Strictly no smoking and eating in the rooms.
– Beware of monkeys, please do not leave any food items on the balcony or outside tables.
– Non in-house guests are not allowed to utilize our resort facilities.
– For the comfort of all our guests, music on speakers are strictly not allowed unless it’s a private booking
– Party poppers are strictly not allowed.
– A cleaning fee of RM100 will be imposed IF the rooms or common facilities are left in an unreasonably dirty state by the last occupant.
