Terms and Conditions:

• The Confirmation Ferry Booking is non-transferable into another date, time, trip and passenger name.
• Reserve the right to charge for any amendments that are missed without notice.
• There are no refundable to be made for any part of the package untaken during the programmed .
• Any cancellation made on a confirmed booking or No-Show Full charges is applied.
• In the event of local religious festival unforeseen circumstances and/ bad weather conditions, the sequences of the itinerary may be changed or substituted in by Alternative sites without prior notice and/or at short notice in order to ensure smoother journey and tour.
• Boat trip will take around 90 Min
• The time on Batam Island, Indonesia, is one hour ahead of Malaysia time.

Payment

• A non-refundable minimum deposit of 50% of the total must be paid per person as booking fee. The balance of the tour fee must be paid at least 07 days before the departure date. Otherwise,
• those who do not meet this requirement will result in the cancellation of the reserved seat and confiscation of the deposit.
• If the reservation is canceled, the full deposit will be forfeited and will not be

refunded

• Bookings made within 45 days of departure require full payment. Cancellation The cancellation of the reservation must be made in black and white. If the reservation is canceled by phone or
• voice, the company will not accept it. If the company receives a notice and the guest requests to cancel the group due to personal reasons, the deposit/group fee will not be refunded.

Precautions for entry

2. Apply for a visa-free visa at the airport. There is no fee. You can go directly to the Immigration Bureau and get stamped through customs. If you need to apply for a visa on arrival, you can go to the Visa-On-Arrival window for a fee of US$35 (visas are not required for East Gate countries)
