SURCHARGES – subject to change and date TBA :
- If ever a weekday falls on public holiday/ school holiday will be consider peak season/ super peak season and weekend rate
- Weekend Surcharge (Friday & Saturday) RM 120/ Pax/Night
- Surcharge of RM 30.00/Pax for School Holiday
- Surcharge of RM 60.00/Pax for Super Peak Season
- Labour Day, Wesak Day, Hari Raya Aidilfitri, National Day, Hari Raya Haji, Agong Birthday, Malaysia Day, Deepavali applies.

Diving Package :
- Strictly for certified scuba diver only
- A minimum of RM150 will be charged for any accompanying agents or instructors per person, if the number of paying guest is (4) or below.
- All divers are to sign a waiver form before conducting any diving or any diving courses and dive insurance is mandatory at RM50 per diver.
- All divers are to give proof of certification upon request, to show certification card and dive log.
- Dive master’s and instructors must show proof of certification when conduct dive mastering and dive courses at the dive base.
- The dive base has the right to ban any divers , dive masters , instructors for any further diving related activities in the event of any dive safety violation or any dive practices deemed unsafe or endangering to the environment.
- Lost of equipment will be charged accordingly.
- Force majeure : we will not be liable in whole or any cause beyond our control due to fire, flood, strikes or other labour disputes, shortage of materials, transport difficulties , accident , war, riot , act of god and change of law.
