Redang Reef Resort 3D2N Snorkelling Full Board Package (2026) - 3 Days

Terms & Conditions :

• Please be punctual for all activities.
• Any missed activities will not be replaced.
• The resort reserves the right to alter itineraries, substitute a vehicle, or cancel any activities due to unforeseen operational conditions.
• Boarding: You must be at the Long Beach Jetty (in front of Redang Beach) at least 30 minutes before the scheduled ferry departure time.
• No-Show: If you fail to check in on time by the time the ferry departs, the fare you paid will not be refunded for any reason.
• Lost Snorkeling Item RM100-RM150/Item
• Deposit 50% of package total fare to secure your booking
• Deposit is non refundable and non transferable to balance payment
• Strictly no amendment or cancellations less than 21 days prior departure
• All booking must travel within the same year ONLY(2026)
• NO REFUND or REDUCTION of accommodation, meals, snorkeling gears or any services not utilized
• Date changes can be done if booking date more than 21 days before departure (Subject to availability)
• If the rate for the alternate reservation date(s) is higher than the original rate, guest have to top up for the fare difference
• If the new check in date rate is lower then the original rate, the excess amount is non refundable and non transferable.
• The resort will not held responsibility for any loss or damages in our resort area or during snorkeling activities
• The resort is not responsible for any additional cost incurred due to unforeseen circumstances such as bad weather, travel transportation & etc
• The management reserve the right to alter, modify or withdraw the package at anytime without prior notice
• In case of postponement, a written notice with official supporting document such as death certification (immediate family), doctor /hospitalization letter must be received and acknowledge by our sales office
