Boat Schedule

• Other boat time may chartered our speed boat. (based on availability) The boat chartered from Kuala Besut Jetty at RM 400 for one way, return on the same day at RM 700.
• Boat transfer is subject to weather conditions of which the management is not liable for losses incurred due to failure to connect with other services.

Minimum Requirement and Terms for Open Water Diver

1. Able to swim and float comfortably.
2. Physically healthy (refer to attached medical checklist).
3. No guarantee that a participant will be certified upon end of stay package.
4. Instructor has the right to extend the course duration if participant is unable to practice or fulfill the minimum skills required for personal safety reason. Under this circumstance, apart from the dive course, all other expenses for the extension of stay, including rooms and meals, will be charged and paid accordingly by the participant.
5. Recommended to have at least 3 full days at the resort.
6. No flying is allowed within 24 hours after the final dive. Ensure departure date and flight schedule is well-planned.
7. All participants are encouraged to subscribe to own insurance policy which cover scuba diving sports.

FORCE MAJEURE

• PIR will not be liable for refunds or losses/ damages, should the guest(s) not be able to enter or exit the island due to bad weather conditions or any accidents during the transfer to and from the island.
• PIR will not be obliged to provide food and accommodation should any force majeure event occur, including a power outage, that makes the guest unable to exit the island. However, if so provided, will be subject to availability; terms and conditions apply.

Others

1. The Malaysian Marine Department and Local Council (Majlis Daerah Besut) has imposed an entrance fee to Pulau Perhentian Marine Park. This fee will be paid directly by guest at the Marine Park counter located at Kuala Besut Jetty and subject to change by the state government.
2. PIR only have wifi internet at our lobby area & at our Pinang Seribu Restaurant.
3. Child meal rates apply for those between the age of 4 – 12 years old.
4. Children under the age of 12 sharing the same room with parents and sleeping on existing bed are FOC (excluding meals and extra bad/ mattress) in all room categories.
5. The above rates are based on a maximum of two (02) persons in a room. The Superior Classic, Deluxe Heaven, Premier Garden and Premier Beachfront rooms can accommodate with one (01) extra bed, maximum three (03) persons. The Family Heaven can accommodate one (01) extra bed or two (02) mattresses, maximum four (04) persons.
6. Check-in time is after 3:00 pm | Check-out time is before 12:00 noon. Extension of check-out time up to 3:00 pm will be subject to a surcharge of 50% of the applicable room rates. Check-out after 6:00 pm will be subjected to 1 night room charge. All extensions will be subjected to room availability only.
