• Check out Policy : The room must be vacated by 12:00
• Early Check-In or Late Check Out may incur additional cost.
• Room amenities are provided are for guest convenience. Items taken from room as souvenir will be charged accordingly, any items missing from the room after departure will be charge to your credit card or deposit.
• The resort reserves the right to charge to you or your credit card provided by you to us or provided by you in online travel agent for any delayed charges incurred after your departure.
• Indemnity concession activity: Guest are aware of the possible risk associated with land & sea sports and activities, and the Hotel will not be responsible for any incident or injury that occurred under the operation of the hotel concession.
• The Hotel shall not be responsible for money, jewelry and/or valuables/belonging left in the room.
• No cancellation and amendment after booking is done and confirm.

SEA AND WEATHER CONDITION :
a. Accessibility to the resort is subject to the sea and weather condition.
b. Resort is not responsible for any delay or stranded situation on the island or at Kuala Besut due to unfavorable sea or weather condition.
c. Any additional cost incurred caused by this situation shall be paid by the guest thereof, including but not limited to accommodation, meals, transportation arrangement, etc.
d. Resort jetty is connected with MIMPI PERHENTIAN RESORT without crossing the beach/sand – easy access.

GENERAL CONDITIONS:

• Both parties agree to each carry adequate liability and other insurance protecting itself against any claims arising from any activity conducted during the period of accommodation.
• The performance of this contract is subject to the acts of nature, war, government regulations, nature or manmade disasters, strikes, civil disorder, curtailment of transportation facilities, or any other emergency making it illegal or impossible to provide the facilities contracted.
• The resort reserves the right to terminate the contract prior to the expiry of the contractual date based on its professional consideration.
• This contract shall be deemed void should any party thereof fail to observe the above terms and conditions of this agreement or under solvency
