MARINE PARK CONSERVANCY FEES PAYABLE IN:-

• Mersing Jetty/Tanjung Gemok Jetty: Malaysian: RM5/Adult, RM2/Child; Non-Malaysian: RM30/Adult, RM15/Child

Check-in/check-out time :

• Check-in: 2.00 pm (early check-in subject to room availability)
• Check-out: 12.00 pm or earlier if the departure boat is earlier ( Late Check Out Charge Will  Be Apply)

Term & Conditions:

• Prices are in Malaysian Ringgit. Tioman Island is a duty free island and is not subject to MySST Tax.
• Juara Beach Resort is not liable for any cancellation of the ferry due to weather conditions.
• Exact tour itinerary is subject to change based on the weather condition and any other conditions that may affect the itinerary. Final decision is to be made by the tour company.
• Resort reserves the right to alter, amend, delete or add to the conditions or withdraw the package at any time without prior notice.
• Tour price , service and term & conditions are based on the situation applicable at the time of publication and are subjected to change without notice
• Reservation is subject to Room availability and is based on a first come first serve basis.
• STRICTLY non refundable or non transferable for any unused portion of the package.
• Full payment must be made strictly before arrival / Check-in.
• Any cancellation/no show, after the full prepayment/full payment is made will not be entertained / refund.
• No amendment or cancellation after payment received and booking is made.
• Guest are required to book the ferry ticket online or contact the ferry operator BY OWN before arrival.
• The Resort accepts no liability for losses incurred due to failure to connect with other services. The management cannot be held liable for loss of baggage or personal items, illness, injury or death resulting from activities in which are beyond our control.
• Sailing schedules may be interrupted and/or crossing times extended or changed without notice to you due to adverse weather conditions, tidal conditions, or unforeseen operational or technical reasons beyond our control.
• The responsibility for the schedule and/or the viability of each ferry sailing lies exclusively with the ferry transport company and the Maritime Authority of Malaysia.
• If the Ferry Company cancels or reschedules any sailing for any reason whatsoever, it is beyond any reasonable ability on our part as a ticketing agent.
