LAND TRANSFER：

• K.T Airport / Merang / K.T Airport (S.I.C Basis)
  (Airport transfers to Merang take between 30 mins to 45 mins) – Rates: RM 70 Per Head(Adult/Child)
• K.T Bus Station/ Merang / K.T Bus Station (S.I.C Basis)
  (KT Bus Station transfer to Merang takes between 60 mins to 75 mins) – RM 70 Per Head(Adult/Child)
• All guests request for Land Transfer need to provide their full name and Passport or NRIC No upon confirmation of transfer bookings
• For those taking flights. To ensure a smooth connection with our boat transfer to the island, these are the recommended flights timings:-
  ~ Kuala Lumpur (KUL) to Kuala Terengganu (TGG): any flight before 8.00 am (0800 Hrs)
  ~ Kuala Terengganu (TGG) back to Kuala Lumpur (KUL): any flights after 3.45 pm (1545 Hrs)

BOAT SCHEDULES：Boat journey takes between 45 mins to 60 mins; depending on sea conditions)
Schedules Boat Transfer – ONCE A DAY ONLY

• Merang Jetty to Pulau Lang Tengah 10.00am only (1000 Hrs)
• Pulau Lang Tengah to Merang Jetty 12.00pm only (1200 Hrs)

Remarks:

• The resort reserves the right to reschedule or cancel the boat timing due to sea, weather, and tide conditions
• The resort will not be held responsible for any delayed on arrival due to flight delays or rescheduling, or any delay in 3rd party transportation for whatever reasons which will subsequently miss our 10.00 am boat to the resort. Those who missed the boat will have to charter their own boat.
• The resort will not be held responsible for any missed transport connections, whether flights, buses, trains, or any 3rd party transport, resulting from delays in the boat transfer arising from weather, seas, winds, and tide conditions or/and due to any unexpected mechanical breakdown of the boat.
• Exact tour itinerary is subject to change based on the weather condition and any other conditions that may affect the itinerary. Final decision is to be made by the tour company.
• STRICTLY non refundable or non transferable for any unused portion of the package.
• Any cancellation/no show, after the full prepayment/full payment is made will not be entertained / refund.
• Resort reserves the right to alter, amend, delete or add to the conditions or withdraw the package at any time without prior notice.
• Reservation is subject to Room availability and based on first come first serve basis.
• Full payment must be made strictly before arrival / Check in.
• No amendment or cancellation after payment received and booking is made.
• The Resort accepts no liability for losses incurred due to failure to connect with other services. The management cannot be held liable for loss of baggage or personal items, illness, injury or death resulting from activities in which are beyond our control.
• On weather or unforeseen operational condition, resort reverse the right to alter or postpone any itineraries of tour without compensation.
• Tour price , service and term & conditions are based on the situation applicable at the time of publication and are subjected to change without notice

ELECTRICITY

• Please be informed that there be a daily 3-hour power cut-off (03.00 pm – 06.00 pm) for the off-peak months of February, March, and October. There will be 24-hour electricity from April to September unless due to unforeseen and uncontrollable circumstances.
