• Compensation of RM250 per item is required for damage or loss.

Terms and Conditions

• The cruise reserves the right to review the contract rates every 6 months due to currency market fluctuations.
• Allotments are exclusively on the basis that the cruise is included in a wholesale program and subject to quarterly review.
• Contract Rates are valid for bundled, packaged or brochure leisure business only and cannot be offered in markets other than specified.

TAXES & LEVIES

The statutory taxes and levies added depend on the location of the cruise and are subject to change upon new directives of local authorities. Should the applicable tax rate and any other taxes and levies as imposed by governmental and/or regulatory bodies increase or decrease after the conclusion of this agreement, rates granted by cruise will be readjusted accordingly. The applicable tax rate will be the rate in effect at the date of payment.

CLOSE-OUT DATES

The cruise reserves the right to impose close-out with written notification to be sent by the cruise to the Operator time to time.

CANCELLATION POLICY

• Full Non-Refundable Security Deposit shall be paid upon confirmation of reservation.
• No refund for any cancellation or amendment after full payment done
• Security Deposit will be converted to Cancellation Charges should there be any cancellation.

NO SHOW POLICY

Full stay charge penalty applies for any no-show reservation.

SMOKE FREE

Please note, that Summer Cruise is a smoke free cruise. A recovery fee of will be charged and borne by customer, if any violation to the smoke-free policy in detected in rooms.

Note:

• Departure time of Summer Cruise from Gawi Jetty at 13.00pm (Standby at 12pm).
• Disembarkation time off Summer Cruise at Gawi Jetty: 3 Days 2 Nights at 16:00pm & 4 Days 3 Nights at 11:00am.
• Room check in time 2:30 pm ; Room check out time 9:30 am.
• Kindly provide Guest Name and IC/Passport Number in the 2 weeks prior to departure.
• Should there be any increase in fee, tax and additional charges, the difference must be paid before check-in.

• Summer Cruise reserves the right to alter the itinerary should Kelah Sanctuary or Kenyir Elephant Conservation Village (KECV) be closed for operational or seasonal reasons. No refunds or compensation will be offered in such cases.

• Luggage weight limit : 20kg per person (maximum 2 luggage).
• Excess baggage charge,15kg overweight per person:
