4D3N Kuching Beach Relax Tour (2024-25) - 4 Days

1. F.I.T. booking for 2 – 15 persons will be based on “Seat-in-coach” basis.
2. Prices except as specified in the itinerary other cost e.g. airfares, airport tax, excess baggage charges, beverages, laundry, room services, cable and telephone charges, tips and all other items of a personal nature are not included in the tour prices.
3. Peak season surcharge will notify upon making a reservation if any.
4. Hotel peak season surcharge will notify upon reservation.
5. After commencement of travel, NO REFUND in full or in part will be given for services included in the packages which are not utilized.

7. Agent reserve the right to charge amendment fee for any changes after a booking has been confirmed. Any tour fare different will be charge whichever higher. Hotel, Carriers, Restaurants, Contractors or any other companies related to the services required, will charge cancellation fees depending on the circumstances.
8. Travel Document – it is the responsibility of on self to ensure that they have valid passports and visas, where necessary. If in doubt, please consult your travel   agent or local immigration authorize passengers should make arrangement of their own travel and health insurance coverage of any kind.
9. Liability– Adventure travel involves an element of risk, and passengers participate in the tours at their own risk. The company accepts no responsibility for any injury, sickness, death, loss, damage to personal property, accident, delay, inconvenience, additional expenses incurred, mental or physical stress, or other unforeseen events or elements resulting from any of our tours. The company acting as an agent for travel agents, airlines, hotels, restaurants, transportation carriers, and all other contractors accepts no responsibility, including but not limited to any act, omission, error, irregularity, delay, loss, damage, injury, theft, accident, change of schedules or government regulations, strikes, or civil commotions over which it has no control. The company reserves the right to change itineraries without penalty, with or without notice, if it believes it is in the best interests of all parties involved. If a tour must be cancelled before the scheduled departure date due to circumstances beyond the company’s control, all monies paid by the clients will be refunded.
10. Every person participating in any tour or holiday organized by the company shall be regarded in every respect as carrying his/her own risk with respect to loss or injury to person or property. The company does not accept responsibility for losses or expenses due to delay, sickness, weather, strikes, war, quarantine or other traveler. The company reserves the right to alter routes, timetable, itineraries and accommodation reserved if this is necessary or in the case of force majeure. Although all vehicles owned by the company are fully insured, tour members are requested to take out insurance for cancellations, health, accidents and baggage for peace of mind during and before the commencement of the tour.

1. The management reserved the right to alter the itinerary or cancel a tour due to unforeseen operational conditions. 
2. The booking is confirmed once we receive your payment. 
3. No amendment & cancellation after booking is done.
4. The management excludes liability for losses incurred due to failure to connect with other services and shall not be held liable for loss of baggage or personal belonging, illness, injury, or death resulting from activities that are beyond the management’s control. 
5. Booking is subject to availability of rooms and confirmation will be on a first come first serve basis. 
6. The management reserves the right to revise the above facilities and rates without any prior notice.
