4D3N D’ Seri Kapas Island Resort Snorkelling Package (2025) - 4 Days

BOAT transfer RM40 for each adult. RM20 for kids below 4-11 years old only. kids below 3 years old is FREE on accommodation and boat transfer only.

Check-in and Check-Out Time :
Check-in time : 3 pm | Check-out time : 12 pm
Late check-out after 12 pm, will have extra charges of RM100 for 30 minutes.

Term & Conditions :

1. Validation period 15 Mar – 31 Oct 2025.
2. Child (4-11 years old) – Please refer with us.
3. Child 0-3 years old, Free of Charge on accommodation and boat transfer only. (Note : Food and other services is chargeable)
4. A Deposit payment to be made within 12 hours upon confirmation of the available room is confirmed from the resort booking.
5. All reservation is held until 1800 hours malaysia local time, subject to room availability and first come first serve.
6. After 6 pm (Malaysia Local Time), rooms that have not checked in will be considered no-shows.
7. No cancellation fee within 24 hours prior to arrival date.
8. Cancellation received less than 24 hours before arrival date, or the event of no-shows, a one-night room rate shall be imposed.
9. All cancellation must be in writing
10. No show must be paid without reliance on billed vouchers since as the client did not arrive in the resort, no voucher or guaranteed letter will be submitted when invoicing.
11. Payments for deposit or full are non-refundable for cancellation.
12. All the date change please refer with the resort for the room availability
13. Cooking is strictly not allowed in the resort or inside the room. (For not following the instructions penalty will be apply)
14. Non-halal food is strictly prohibited in our resort.
15. Camping is not allowed inside our resort.
16. Do not make much noise after 10 pm.
17. D’Seri Kapas Island Resort and the client agree to each carry adequate liability and other insurance protecting itself against any claims arising from any activities conducted in the retreat during the period of accommodation. The performance of the agreement by either party is subject to acts of nature, war, government regulations, disasters, strikes, civil disorder, curtailment of transportation facilities, or any other emergency making it illegal or impossible to provide the facilities contracted.
