Terms and Conditions:

• The Confirmation Ferry Booking is non-transferable into another date, time, trip and passenger name.
• Reserve the right to charge for any amendments that are missed without notice.
• There are no refundable to be made for any part of the package untaken during the programmed .
• Any cancellation made on a confirmed booking or No-Show Full charges is applied.
• In the event of local religious festival unforeseen circumstances and/ bad weather conditions, the sequences of the itinerary may be changed or substituted in by Alternative sites without prior notice and/or at short notice in order to ensure smoother journey and tour.
• If children below 18 years old depart from malaysia must go to balai police station to do the report ( IF YOU COME WITH PARENTS, THIS IS NOT NECESSARY )
• If any force majeure or undesirable weather occurs, it is not travel agent’s responsibility

• The time on Batam Island, Indonesia, is one hour ahead of Malaysia time.

Payment

• Once reservation is made, non cancelled and refundable is allow
• If the reservation is canceled, the full deposit will be forfeited and will not be

refunded

• Bookings made within 45 days of departure require full payment. Cancellation The cancellation of the reservation must be made in black and white. If the reservation is canceled by phone or voice, the company will not accept it. If the company receives a notice and the guest requests to cancel the group due to personal reasons, the deposit/group fee will not be refunded.
• If you are unfortunately infected with the new crown virus and cannot set off, our agency will not refund any tour fees.

Precautions for entry

1. Be sure to bring your passport (valid for at least six months and more than 3 pages blank)

2. Apply for a visa-free visa at the airport. There is no fee. You can go directly to the Immigration Bureau and get stamped through customs. If you need to apply for a visa on arrival, you can go to the Visa-On-Arrival window for a fee of US$35 (visas are not required for East Gate countries)

3. When going through immigration procedures, have your passport and boarding pass ready. You can also prepare round-trip air tickets and hotel orders in case the immigration officials need them.Everyone must pay attention to whether the passport has an entry stamp when passing through the customs. 5. After clearing customs, follow the flight number displayed on the screen to pick up your luggage, fill in the customs declaration form and then go through baggage security inspection. The customsdeclaration form is usually provided on the plane. If not, it is also available in the baggage security inspection hall.

6. The exchange rate between Malaysian Ringgit and Indonesian Rupiah is about 1:3200 (real-time changes are subject to actual conditions); the exchange rate between Singapore Dollar and Indonesian Rupiah is about 1:11,000

Local precautions
