Boat Schedule :

• 10:30am depart from jetty to island
• 08:30am depart from island to jetty
• 1 boat trip per day only
• Please arrive at the jetty 45 minutes before boat departure.
• Chartered  boat RM800 if late

REMARKS :

• Price are charged in ringgit malaysia (RM)
• Prices listed are on a per-person (pax) basic
• All boat schedules and sea sport activities are subject to weather and sea conditions.
•  All guests must sign the liability and express assumption risk form before departure
•  Security deposit required from snorkeler, snorkeling equipment rental is included in the package. a deposit of RM50 is require once you collect the snorkeling equipment, the deposit will be return once the snorkeling equipment is returned
• The resort is not liable for any guest’s equipment damages, all guests are to be responsible for their own equipment
• Strictly no refund of rates on any services provided in the package which is not utilized
• Reservation is subject to room availability, and confirmation will be on first come first serve basis, kindly provide the following information passport number, identity card number , nationality , gender , date of departure
• No refund or reduction will be given for accommodation , meals, snorkeling and diving trips due to weather conditions or unforeseen circumstances (Act Of Nature).
• Please be inform that there will be corkage fee for guests who brings their own wine , liquor and beer. ( Please refer with resort )
• Check-in time 12pm , Check-out time : 8am (Early check-in subject to room availability, late check-out surcharge may apply)
• Please note pork of any kind or any form are strictly not allowed into the island , without prejudice
• All payment are No Cancellation No Transferable upon confirmation
• All payment are non refundable & will be forfeited if there is any cancellation , no show or amendment of the booking
• Any amendment or cancellation after pre-payment or  full payment will not be refunded
• The management shall not be held liable for any loss or damage to baggage or personal belongings, illness, injury, or death resulting from activities beyond its control. The management also excludes liability for losses due to failure to connect with other services
• The resort reserves the right to alter , amend , delete or add to the conditions or withdraw the package at any time without prior notice
• Payment are non transferable
• There will be charged if any evidence of smoking is found in the non smoking area
• The hotel shall not be liable for any refunds or additional expenses incurred due to circumstances beyond its control, including but not limited to acts of nature, war, terrorism, civil unrest, government regulations, or any other unforeseen events that may cause disruptions to your travel plans.
