• Other boat time may chartered our speed boat. (based on availability) The boat chartered at RM 900.00 for small boat (12 paxs) or RM 1200.00 for big boat (24 paxs)
• Additional chartered land service is required upon chartered  boat add on price varies upon location inquired
• Boat transfer is subject to weather condition of which the management is not liable for losses incurred due to failure to connect with other services.
• Check-in & Check-out  ：
• Room check-in time 2:30pm; Room check-out time 9:00am

Terms & Conditions ：

1. All activities are subjected to weather condition and others unforeseen circumstances. the management reserves the right to modify, substitute, or cancel any activity without prior notice
2. A full security deposit is required upon confirmation and all security deposit will be converted to Cancellation Charges should there be any cancellation. A full security deposit is required prior to arrival.
3. The management excludes liability for losses incurred due to failure to connect with other services and shall not be held liable for loss or damage of baggage or personal belonging, illness, injury, or death resulting from activities that are beyond the management’s control.
4. The Management reserves the right to alter, amend, delete, or add to the conditions or withdraw the package at any time without prior notice.
5. There will be NO refund or deduction of rates on any services provided in the package which is not utilized.
6. Reservation is subject to room availability and confirmation will be on a first come first serve basis.
7. All payments are non-refundable in part or in full.
8. Any amendment or cancellation after full payment will not be entertained.
9. Please do not bring oversize luggage.- Luggage weight limit: 20kg per person (maximum 2 luggage).
   – Excess baggage charges, 15kg overweight per person: Over 1-5kg : RM10 ; Over 6-10kg : RM20 ; Over 10kg : RM50
10. Bringing explosives, flammable substances, and alcoholic beverages on the boat is strictly prohibited.
11. All optional activities are not able to pre-book, guest need to check slot availability upon check in with relevant department.
12. Land transportation arrangement must be filled in the system or contact reservation team at least 5 days before check-in

Land Transfer Schedule :

• Holiday Packages not inclusive land transfer services. –  Holidays Package clients who opts to take our land transfer,can add on optional land transfer. It will be charged (RM35/pax – 1 way land transfer) , (RM70/pax – 2 way round land transfer).
• All clients who want to take our land and boat transfers must strictly follow the time schedule as below.
• If clients are taking a FLIGHT to TGG Airport (Sultan Mahmud Airport), they must pick flight arrival time before 9:00am, while for a return trip, the departure time must be after 2:00pm.
• If clients SELF DRIVE, they need to arrive at Summer Bay Jetty -Mangkuk at 10:00am-10:30am. ( Parking fee RM15 per night)
• If clients are taking COACH/BUS to MBKT Bus Station, our driver will pick them up at 7:00am.
• If clients stay overnight at KUALA TERENGGANU CITY HOTEL, our driver will pick them up at 9:00am.Estimate waiting time (9am-9:30am)
• Please take note that boat depart at 11.30am during departure , Resort check out time is 9am
