Operating Hours

From Monday – Thursday, tickets are valid from time of entry until 10pm.
From Friday – Sunday, public holidays / school holidays or peak days, the operational hours will be divided into 3 sessions. However, the tickets are valid from time of entry until 10pm.
Sessions are fixed as follows: Session (1) 10.00 a.m. – 1.00 p.m. | Session (2) 2.00 p.m. – 5.00 p.m. | Session (3) 6.00 p.m. – 10.00 p.m.

Redemption:

Receive e-ticket within 48 hours by email after payment is done.
Kindly PRINT the e-ticket from Mango Vacations and present it with your IC/Passport to redeem entrance wristband(s) on your specified traveling date at ticket booth.

The e-ticket must be PRINTED and presented together with a valid form of identification (e.g. NRIC, Passport) at the ticketing counter for admission.
The lead traveler must be present on the date of visit to redeem the ticket at the ticketing counter with his/her identification.
The name entered in this e-ticket must match the name in the form of identification.
This e-ticket is valid for single redemption and entry only – all tickets purchased must be redeemed at any one time; no partial redemptions are allowed.
This e-ticket is to be used only in between the date of validation.
There is no cancellation or refund of e-ticket upon confirmation of purchase.
For any unused tickets, no further re-validation or refund will be allowed.
This e-ticket is non-exchangeable for cash or any other items.

E-tickets may not be used for touting purposes.
