Rules & Regulations

1. 登山证将锁定参加者的身份证，获得登山准证的当下将不可更改名字或替代者，如果在参加者私自使用任何手段被发现，本公司将恕不负责。
   Mount Kinabalu permits are non-transferable and cannot be changed after issuance. Any unauthorized alterations or substitutions are not our company’s responsibility.
2. 登山准证是根据身分证绑定，不可更改身分，每人只有一次机会更改日期，并支付罚款金额（随着当时价格变动），选择更改的日期必须依据沙巴国家公园尚有的空位才可进行更改，更换日期的时间仅限报名的年份以内，不可跨年。
   Permits are tied to participants’ identification cards and cannot be modified. Only one date change is allowed per person, subject to availability at Sabah Park within the same registration year.
3. 若需要更改日期，可在攀登日期的45日之前，向本公司询问并申请处理并支付手续费(随着最新价格变动)，但不一定 100%成功，需根据当时状况因素而定，若在攀登日的45日内通知，公司将不负责。
   For date changes, notify us and pay the processing fees up to 45 days before the climbing date (actual fees may vary depends on actual situation). However, success is not guaranteed and depends on the circumstances. No changes will be entertained within 45 days of the climbing date.
4. 若参加者在登山证所锁定身分的攀登日时缺席，参加者的登山准证将会自动销毁并承担个人损失，并无法获得任何退款。
   Absence on the scheduled climbing date will result in the automatic cancellation of the permit, personal losses, and no refunds.
5. 在领取登山证后属于攀登活动开始，在此期间参加者需携带并保护好登山准证，若有遗失并在所需检查站不通关时，参加者需承担个人损失，本公司将不负责。
   After receiving the mountaineering permit, it must be carried and protected throughout the climbing activity. Any loss or failure to pass required checks will result in personal losses, for which our company is not liable.
