• The Confirmation Ferry Booking is non-transferable into another date, time, trip and passenger name.
• Reserve the right to charge for any amendments that are missed without notice.
• There are no refundable to be made for any part of the package untaken during the programmed .
• Any cancellation made on a confirmed booking or No-Show Full charges is applied.
• No refund ,cancel, amendment once the booking is done.
• In the event of local religious festival unforeseen circumstances and/ bad weather conditions, the sequences of the itinerary may be changed or substituted in by Alternative sites without prior notice and/or at short notice in order to ensure smoother journey and tour.

• The time on Batam Island, Indonesia, is one hour ahead of Malaysia time.

Precautions for entry

1. Be sure to bring your passport (valid for at least six months and more than 3 pages blank)
2. Apply for a visa-free visa at the airport. There is no fee. You can go directly to the Immigration Bureau and get stamped through customs. If you need to apply for a visa on arrival, you can go to the Visa-On-Arrival window for a fee of US$35 (visas are not required for East Gate countries)
3. When going through immigration procedures, have your passport and boarding pass ready.
