B&J And Tioman Dive Resort 4D3N Leisure Dive – For Certified Divers (2025) - 4 Days

MARINE PARK CONSERVANCY FEES PAYABLE IN:-

• Mersing Jetty: Malaysian: RM5/Adult ; Non-Malaysian: RM30/Adult, RM15/Child
• Tanjung Gemok Jetty: Malaysian: RM5/Adult ; Non-Malaysian: RM30/Adult

Check In & Out Time: Early check in subject to room availability , late check out surcharge will apply

DIVING PREREQUISITES:

• Must show valid proof of scuba diving certification
• Resort Refresher dive is mandatory for divers with less than 20 logged dives who have not been diving within the past 12 months. Option to convert one of the included boat dives to a B&J Refresher Dive at a surcharge of MYR 50.00, or to add the B&J Refresher as an additional dive at a surcharge of MYR 160.00

OTHERS

1. Leisure diving packages can only be offered to already certified divers
2. All guests will be required to sign a Liability/Release Form (Waiver) upon arrival and abide by all diving and safety rules of the dive centre/resort
3. Exact tour itinerary is subject to change based on the weather condition and any other conditions that may affect the itinerary. Final decision is to be made by the tour company.
4. STRICTLY non refundable or non transferable for any unused portion of the package.
5. Any cancellation/no show, after the full prepayment/full payment is made will not be entertained / refund.
6. Resort reserves the right to alter, amend, delete or add to the conditions or withdraw the package at any time without prior notice.
7. Reservation is subject to Room availability and based on first come first serve basis.
8. Full payment must be made strictly before arrival / Check in.
9. No amendment or cancellation after payment received.
10. The Resort accepts no liability for losses incurred due to failure to connect with other services. The management cannot be held liable for loss of baggage or personal items, illness, injury or death resulting from activities in which are beyond our control.
11. On weather or unforeseen operational condition, resort reverse the right to alter or postpone any itineraries of tour without compensation.
12. We will not be liable in whole or in part by any cause beyond our control due to fire, flood, weather, strikes or other labor disputes, shortage of materials, transportation difficulties, accident, war, riot, acts of God or change of laws.
