Remarks:
- Price is applicable during Weekdays, Weekends, School Holidays, Public Holidays.(subject to change)
- FREE admission for children below 3 years old, all required proof of age (IC/Passport).
- No refund is permitted once voucher is purchased.
- No refund for unused vouchers but if didn’t exchange to wristband can maintain the voucher within 180 days from purchase date.
Validity:
- Valid on your visit date or within 180 days from purchase date.
Operating Hours:
- Waterpark: 10:00 am – 6:00 pm daily
- Surf Wall & Skill Games: 6:00 pm to 10:00 pm daily.
- Last admission at 15 minutes before the closing time.
Redemption:
- Receive e-ticket by email within 3 days after payment is done.
- Kindly PRINT the e-ticket from Mango Vacations and present it with your IC/Passport to redeem entrance wristband(s) on your specified traveling date at ticket booth.
- FREE Admission for children below 90cm in height. Children must be accompanied by an Adult at all times within the waterpark.
- No re-entry is allowed once exit the park. This is a one time entry ticket to Desaru Coast Adventure Waterpark.
- All bags are subject to a security check at the entrance.
